What is Daisy, in short?

An AI colleague who lives on your website. She answers visitors day and night from your own information (services, prices, hours) and in the morning leaves you a list of the people worth calling.

How long until it’s live?

Usually a day. We set it up for you: Daisy reads your website, you check her answers with us, then we put her live.

Will it work on my website?

Yes. It works on any site: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer or custom-built. It’s one line of code, and we can add it for you.

What if she doesn’t know an answer?

She says so honestly and doesn’t guess. She offers the visitor a call back and passes the question to you, so you can add the answer for next time.

Do patients know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes, always. The chat says “AI assistant” above her greeting and at the bottom of the window. We think trust starts with honesty.

Does it replace my front-desk staff?

No. Daisy takes the repetitive questions and the hours when nobody’s there, so your team can focus on the people in front of them. An extra colleague, not a replacement.

Can I change what she says?

Any time. You see every conversation, correct an answer or add new information, and Daisy uses it within minutes. You pick her face and colour; we change her name and tone when you ask.

What happens to patient data?

They stay yours and are kept in Europe. Daisy keeps nothing without the patient’s consent and never asks for ID numbers or medical data. More in Data & security.
