Terms
The terms for businesses that use Daisy.
Draft, pending legal review. We wrote this from how Daisy works today. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it may change.
Version 2026-10-02
1. Who we are
Daisy is run by [legal entity name], registration number [registration number], [registered address]. You can reach us at hello@daisy.clfo.io. "You" means the business that uses Daisy.
2. The service
Daisy is an AI assistant for your website. She answers visitors from the content you give her, collects the contact details visitors choose to leave, and shows you the conversations and leads in a dashboard.
3. Getting set up
The Daisy team sets Daisy up for you: we read your website, prepare her answers and send you a link to check them. You add one line of code to your website, or we send it to whoever runs it.
4. Your account
You invite the people who use your workspace. Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
5. Your content and your visitors
- You keep the rights to the content you give Daisy. You let us use it only to run the service for you.
- Make sure you may use that content and that it is accurate. Daisy repeats what it says.
- Tell your visitors about the chat in your own privacy notice, including that we process their data for you.
- Don't use Daisy for anything unlawful, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect, such as health records or national ID numbers.
6. AI answers
Daisy answers from your content and says when she doesn't know, but an AI can get things wrong. Every chat tells the visitor they are talking to an AI. You are responsible for the information you give her and for what you decide based on her conversations.
7. Personal data
For your visitors' data, you are the controller and we are the processor: we process it only to run Daisy for you, as our privacy notice describes. We set out the details with you in a data processing agreement.
8. Plans and prices
Plans, the conversations each includes and their prices are on our pricing page, in euro. We agree in writing how and when you pay before your first invoice. Features marked "Soon" are not part of a plan until they are available.
9. Ending
There is no long-term contract. You can stop at any time by telling us, and we switch Daisy off. When your account is deleted, your conversations, leads and content are deleted with it. We may suspend the service if it is misused or not paid for, and we tell you first when we can.
10. Liability
[To be completed after legal review.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
11. Governing law
[The governing law and the courts to be completed after legal review.]
12. Changes
When these terms change, we publish the new version here with a new date and tell you by email before it applies to you.
